Founded in Boston in 2004 and headed by President Colin Kingsbury, HRM Direct has quickly carved path of success in the Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Technology world for the small to mid sized business (5-15,000 employees).

We are not your typical software company. We are a team of industry professionals that care about the impact we have on the organizations we work with. We are techno DJs and suburban moms, so we understand that being social is as important as getting your homework done.  We are real people that believe in working with companies that want real solutions. We are pilots and marathon runners so we have the patience to learn how to get it right every time, and the endurance to go the extra mile so you don’t have to.

We believe in the powerful combination of the right technology and the right service and the positive impact it can have on your organization.
