APIs and Integration Capabilities
Our fundamental philosophy is that your data is your data, and you should be able to access it and integrate it with all of your IT systems. In addition to full flat-file/FTP processes for legacy system integration, HRM provides a complete data access API, enabling your internal IT resources and vendors to develop additional tools and system integrations completely independently. The data API is XML-RPC based for maximum cross-platform compatibility and ease of implementation. API integrations can be built independently with documentation and support provided by HRM’s product development team, or resources can be provided on a consulting basis to build unique integrations

Hosting Security & Disaster Recovery

HRM’s systems are hosted in a SAS70 Level II datacenter, and are professionally maintained with tiered redundancy and disaster recovery protocols for the maximum safety and reliability of your data.
