We make this easy to accomplish through flexible support & training hours that are all included with the product – at no additional cost. Better yet, when you call, a real person who knows the system answers to help you.
Account Managers
High-performance customer support is the backbone of everything that HRM delivers. As a client, your experience will be distinguished by the dedication, excellence, and knowledge of our 100% US-based client support team.
While evaluating HRM, your sales representative will introduce you to your dedicated account manager who would be responsible for coordinating your implementation and providing ongoing support. Our account managers are exceptional professionals with broad skill sets and deep knowledge of their clients’ goals and needs.
Training
Our Account Management team regularly offers a variety of personal and group training to best suit the needs of the client.
At the time of implementation, you will go through a thorough training for both your administrative/HR users as well as for your hiring manager’s. This training can be done completely remotely at no cost after sign up or can be done on site at the location of your choice – whether that is here in Boston, at a Trade Show your team will be at, in your corporate headquarters – or any where in between.
On a weekly basis we offer a live training webinar for both new user/user refresher training as well as hiring manager training. This is a great option for new employees or those that may not use the system on a regular basis.
