  • Intuitive Design - To be truly extraordinary, a web-based onboarding system must make the process simpler for new hires, managers, and supporting staff.  Our onboarding system is largely self-explanatory to ensure successful user adoption across all user groups and will pre-populate most of the forms if integrated with HRMRecruit or other Applicant Tracking Solution.
  • New Hire Portals – Unlike complex onboarding systems where the new hire portals are needing to be constantly redone, updated and customized – we chose a more streamlined approach – allowing new hires to have the forms, videos, links & information they need right at their fingertips with online signature capability & familiarity they expect.
  • Familiarity – HRMOnboard delivers both standard, out-of-the-box government and general-use forms as well as your company’s own documents. HR users can easily create electronic signature forms for employee handbooks, policy acknowledgments, and property receipts, while our Intelligent Forms engine can support extremely complex paper forms and sign-off processes where needed.
  • New Hire Checklist - HRMOnboard provides a new hire checklist that is automatically populated by tasks assigned to fill out forms, review documents, or to provision resources like a PC or desk assignment. Tasks themselves are built from groups of user-defined templates, enabling business process owners to design standardized and accountable roles and work-flows for any requirement in your current process.
